Week 7 Part B
I wouldn't necessarily say my classmates are using Instagram in any different ways than I am. The two accounts I looked at were fictional so they only had a few posts, however the posts were eye-catching and seemed to get their message across.
I went to the Barnes & Noble Instagram account to see what they were doing and I really enjoy their posts. They are all very bright and high quality. For being such a different type of business, I would say they are using Instagram in the same way as me. They get very descriptive about the books that they promote.
I also looked at Crumbl Cookies. In my opinion, they do an incredible job at marketing their cookies on their Instagram. They create visually aesthetic and high quality videos showcasing their flavors each week, with a description of each in the caption.
I would love to film high quality videos for the Instagram, similar to how Crumbl does. I think it grabs attention is makes you want to try their products even more. More than anything, I believe your Instagram at least has to look visually pleasing, and convey the message that you want to get across, and that is all you need for a successful account.
