Week 14 Part A

One of the social media tools that we use for our business is Meta Business Suite. I really love this tool and find it very helpful for managing social media. I believe it might be able to be used for more than this, but I use it to schedule posts. You can upload whatever picture or video you want to post, write the caption, tag people, add hashtags, and then schedule it for whenever you need it. We use it for Facebook and Instagram, and you can schedule those for two separate times if you want to.  I believe it is free also. I know there are other tools that can do similar things, but I have found that this one works for me.

Out of the ones that I researched, Hootsuite sounds like one of the best ones to me. It gives you detailed analytics and customized reports, which can be very helpful for businesses to see what they can do to improve. It is fairly pricey though, as it is $99 per month, but they do have a free trial for 30 days. It also seems like there is a free plan, but you get many more tools and benefits if you pay for it.

Another tool that piqued my interest was Zoho. It lets you manage email, projects, and accounting all in one. For individuals, the plan starts at only $20 per month. There is a free version, but like most things, it only gets you so many features.
